Purpose: Carries out effective nursing care management of Nursing activities & ensure effective patient care in patient bed site, critical care areas in co-ordination with other department of the hospital.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Provide high-quality patient care in patient bed site, critical care, emergencies or operating theater settings

Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and medical history

Administer medications, perform interventions, and provide education to patients and families

Requirements:

Education

4-year bachelor’s in nursing science or 3-Years Diploma in GNM with 6 months internship

Licensure

RN license from BNMC is a must

Technical Skills

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification

Basic skill in medical equipment’s i.e.- Biomedical Equipment’s

Other Skills

Computer Knowledge and basic software orientation

Cognitive language skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic working environments
