Dr. Abu Sayeed Mohammad Iqbal

Dr. Iqbal is one of the best Neonatologists in the country and he has been practicing Paediatrics & Neonatology for more than 35 years. He graduated from Dhaka Medical College and then underwent extensive post-graduate training in different branches of paediatrics at the Institute of Post- graduate Medicine & Research (IPGMR). Then he obtained his fellowship (FCPS) in Paediatrics from BCPS. Later, he obtained MD from the University of Dhaka in Paediatrics. Dr. Iqbal also completed his Fellowship in Neonatology from National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore.

Before going to Singapore, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU).
After completing his fellowship in Singapore, he joined to the Royal Women's Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, for his higher training in Neonatal Intensive Care. After about 7 years of extensive work experience in Neonatal Intensive Care in Singapore and Australia, he established himself as the most experienced and successful Neonatal Intensivist of the country.
At Evercare Hospital Dhaka, Dr. Iqbal has been working as Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist for the last 18 years.
