- Dr. Quazi Smita Haq earned her MBBS degree from Mymensingh Medical College. She completed training in internal medicine at Dhaka Medical College Hospital in Dhaka, where she later completed MD (Hematology) in the department of Hematology and BMT.
- She has been working as Hematologist at Evercare Hospital Dhaka since October 2018.
- Besides treating benign and malignant hematological disorders, she has experience participating in, and contributing to, more than 150 stem cell transplants including both autologous and allogeneic transplants.
- Dr. Smita has publications in both national and international journals of repute.
