The hospital provided round-the-clock emergency and medical services during the holiday, with dedicated facilities for COVID-19 management. These included a separate isolation unit, in-house testing facilities, a dedicated COVID ICU and HDU for patients requiring critical care and close monitoring.

Evercare Hospital Chattogram also offered emergency healthcare support throughout the holiday period, allowing patients to access medical assessment and necessary testing whenever required. COVID-19 testing samples could be submitted at the hospital, with test results available within approximately six hours of receiving the sample, subject to the testing process.
