Ajanta Chowdhury, a resident of Chattogram, developed a breast tumor. Instead of treating the matter seriously, she took medication prescribed by a local homeopath. Consequently, the lump in her breast continued to grow. She later discovered that the tumor had developed into cancer. She sought treatment at Evercare Hospital Chattogram, where she underwent Breast-Conserving Surgery (BCS) under the supervision of Dr. Md. Surman Ali, Senior Consultant in the Department of Laparoscopic and Colorectal Surgery.
