Mr. Qudrat-E-Sobhan Chowdhury from Chattogram had been living with a neck tumour for nearly 15 years After years of neglect, the tumour began growing rapidly over the last 6 months and eventually reached approximately the size of a tennis ball. The tumour was located very close to **three nerves and two blood vessels**, making the surgical procedure particularly challenging due to the potential risk of injury to these vital structures. Despite consulting doctors at different places, he could not find a suitable treatment solution.
