Prof. Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury

• Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury has over 20 years of experience in Orthopaedics & Traumatology. Prior to joining Evercare Hospital Chattogram, he served as Professor & Head, Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Chittagong Medical College, and has held progressive academic and clinical positions from Registrar to Associate Professor in the same department. 

• Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury completed MBBS from Chittagong Medical College and MS (Orthopaedics) from the University of Chittagong. He has received advanced orthopaedic training in New Delhi and AO Advanced training in Malaysia, along with AO-Alliance advanced courses in Arthroplasty, Foot & Ankle Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Pelvic-Acetabular Surgery. 

• His clinical expertise includes Hip & Knee Replacement Surgery, Hand Surgery, Pelvic & Acetabular Surgery, and Trauma Management, with special interest in Scaphoid Fractures, Calcaneal Fractures, Fractures around the Elbow, and Radial Head Replacement. 

• Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury has authored 10 peer-reviewed publications and has extensive experience in medical education, thesis supervision, and university-level orthopaedic examinations. 

• He is a Life Member of the Bangladesh Orthopaedic Society (BOS) and a Member of the Bangladesh Society of Surgeons of Hand (BDSSH).
