How does what you do each day have a positive impact on patients?
My work impacts patients through our employees. I ensure our employees remain motivated and satisfied by ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of payroll and other benefits. As I work in HR Operations, I have to deal with various queries of our employees, and I make sure that they are leaving with a happy face and satisfactory feedback so that they would love to come again and discuss if there are any issues.
What do you love most about your job?
I love analysis and playing with numbers and my job is very much challenging and demanding which provides me opportunity for growth and continuous learning, I love and appreciate the way my Line Manager guides me, empowers me, and believe in me even during the most challenging times. The HR team and the HR leaders provide me enough space and freedom to share my ideas, feedback and innovate our work processes to ensure positive employee experience.
