• He obtained his MBBS from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barisal, and started his professional career as a medical officer. He obtained his Post-graduate fellowship from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dhaka.

• He completed his post-graduate training in Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. 

• He has long experience in managing Rheumatic Diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Osteoarthritis, Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis etc.

• Before joining Evercare Hospital Dhaka, he was working as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Khulna Medical College & hospital for 10 years.
