  • Prof. Dr Sajjad Mohammad Yusuff is an established and highly skilled physician with vast experience in patient management in the fields of clinical oncology, radiotherapy and medical oncology. He is well-known for his quality, compassion, and patient-centred care.
  • Prof. Dr. Yusuff’s motto is that ‘cancer is curable and preventable’ and he works to convey this motto to his patients and empower them by helping them achieve the best outcome possible. 
  • Prof. Dr Yusuff obtained his MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Chattogram (Chattogram University) followed by MCPS and FCPS in Radiotherapy.
  • He is currently working as Professor of Radiotherapy and Head of the department of Radiotherapy  and Clinical Oncology at Chattogram Medical College Hospital. He started his career in oncology as Assistant Registrar in Chattogram Medical College Hospital and went on to become a Registrar, Associate Professor and Professor in the Department of Radiotherapy, Chattogram Medical College Hospital. In addition, Prof. Dr Yusuff has completed his training in Radiotherapy and Brachytherapy, in Japan and his training in Medical Oncology, in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • He has participated and presented numerous scientific papers in many national and international conferences as well as partaken in many workshops in Bangladesh and abroad. Prof. Dr Yusuff has authored a good number of articles published in several reputed oncology journals.
  • Prof. Dr Yusuff is a member of the Bangladesh Society of Radiation Oncology, the Bangladesh Cancer Society and a founding member of the Bangladesh Society of Breast Cancer Study Group.
