• Dr. Aminur Rahman – a Pioneer and Senior neurosurgeon of the country – having 20 Years of experience. He has started his career as a BMDC certified neurosurgeon – in 2005 and joined as an international fellow in the department of neurosurgery Fujita health university – Japan.

• He joined as a Specialist in Neurosurgery in Chittagong medical college Hospital in (2006 – 2009); worked as a private consultant neurosurgery (2009 - 2022) and then start working as a Senior consultant neurosurgery (2022 to till date)

- 2005 (Japan): Keio cadaveric course and 2nd World Federation of Neurological surgery cadaveric course
- 2006 (India): Neuroendoscopy live operations and cadaveric dissection course (Bombay Hospital)
- 2007 (Singapore): Ist National Neuroscience Institute and Aesculap Academy Neurosurgical approach
- 2008 (Malaysia): International symposium in Endoscopic skull base surgery; faculty of medicine and Health science, University Putra.
- 2010 (UAE): Dubai Spine master- Minimally invasive surgical spine strategies

• In his long career he has performed more than 7000 international standard major Brain and spine surgery in children and adult with great success.

• His area of expertise in the minimally invasive neurosurgery includes-
- Microscopic/ Endoscopic brain and spinal cord tumor surgeries; Head injury operation, Stroke operations, Chiari malformation operation
- Microscopic and endoscopic spine (lumbar and cervical disc) surgeries; Spine fracture fixation; Percutaneous kyphoplasty/ vetebroplasty
- Pediatric neurosurgery: Endoscopic hydrocephalus surgery, craniosynostosis and meningocele/MMC correction surgery
- Functional neurosurgery: intrathecal baclofen pump surgery, Spinal cord stimulation surgery, Vagus nerve stimulation for epilepsy
- All other general Brain and Spine surgeries and nerve operations.
